Recently the Web
Forms 2.0 proposal - we desperately need a richer
user interface to build web applications, and this
may be heading in that direction. I read copiously
- some recent books: The Beermat Entrepreneur, The
Future of Software. Linux - very interested in the
Open Source movement - for most people, software
is unsustainably expensive in comparison to hardware
and this may be the beginning of change. In my spare
time I still enjoy hands-on software development
- I subscribe to PC-Plus, and Dr. Dobb's. I'm a
keen Internet user; I enjoy Slashdot. Tinkering
with hardware.
