  Experience   We've got wide and deep experience of building software using international teams. We've built web applications and shrink wrap software in this way.    
           
  Risk   Of course, you seldom get something for nothing. There are risks involved in shipping the development outside the UK which aren't a consideration when you build software nearer to home. We'll discuss the possible problems with you and help you decide whether offshore development is sensible for you and your project.    
           
  Project split   It's critical when working offshore to keep the balance right. We provide a person to act the dedicated point of contact here. All your interaction is with this person - they act as the balance point for the project. We keep the user interface design and functional specification here, near to you. We spend a great deal of time talking to you, understanding your needs and laying them out in a way that the offshore development team can use.
 
           
  Checkpoints   We hold regular checkpoint meetings where we show you what progress has been made and review the changes required for the next checkpoint. Between the checkpoints we keep in constant touch with you so that you know exactly what is happening. So much so that we might even ask for a desk at your business!    
           
  Closure   As the software starts to mature, we will work with you to list the problems, and to make sure that we close off every issue.    
           
  Maintenance   We provide ongoing support should you wish to make changes to the software.    
           
  Support   We continue giving support. We never charge for small scale support but we can also agree a support contract that gives you agreed access to us in the event of an emergency or in day-to-day business.
