We'd like to show you more, but because
we readily sign non-disclosures we can't show you as much
as we'd like. Here are some of the projects and products
that we or our developers have been involved in. |

We were responsible for building an
application for the CEO of a major telecoms company. He
needed to know whether he could safely press the Go button
on their new strategically critical service worth many
millions of pounds. The system helped to give him a visual
cue of the readiness of his systems and objective reports,
which enabled him to go live before his competition. |

Content
Management |
|
KPMG recruit via the web in the UK.
They no longer use paper at all. Each year they prepare
a recruitment campaign and evolve or rebuild their web
site. For their 2001 recruitment we handled the technical
aspects of a complete redesign and rebuild of their web
site. We designed the back end of their Content Managed
System which hosts a couple of hundred pages. This site
won an award for being the best graduate recruitment site
in the UK. |

We specified and developed the site
and registration system for the CHASE Conference 'Where
Angels Dare - and VCs also Tread'. This formed the basis
for our smoothstream product. |

We have a number of web applications
used by Cambridge University, Massachusetts Institute
of Technology (MIT) and The Cambridge-MIT Institute. These
are typically concerned with managing registrations for
courses, and handling assignments. |

Emergencies |
|
We rebuilt a web site over a weekend,
when the director of a new department discovered on a
Friday evening that the people he had assigned to it hadn't
fullfilled the brief. It was due to go live on Monday
morning, with a splash of publicity. |

Troubleshooting
|
|
The IT director of a small Cambridge
company disappeared. It became apparent that he had not
been acting in the best interests of the company. We advised
the remaining directors about their viable options, we
recovered assets and information for the company . We
also helped their customers recover from the blow - by
picking up the pieces of the projects that had suffered.

Trust |
|
We developed a business plan. competitive
analysis and infrastructure plan around the idea of
selling trust across the Internet. Something that's
quite important whenever you undertake a financial interaction
across the net (for instance when you buy something).
We think that PKI is all very good, but that these are
technical fixes to a social problems of trust. Social
problems demand social fixes.

KeyPoint |
|
KeyPoint is a powerful software solution
designed to help users manage the surveys and polls.
With KeyPoint forms can be designed using the wizards,
or by drawing the questions on the screen. Once designed,
surveys can be deployed as paper forms, over the web,
via email system or used during telephone interviews.
The data gathered can be analysed in a wide variety
of ways and used to create compelling presentations.
Our MD was responsible for all stages of development
- from inception to boxed product. He designed the user
interface, the user interactions and the managed the
development of the software and collateral.

Activities for schoolchildren to teach
times tables, the concepts of time and numbers. These
cross-platform products were built on top of a proprietary
cross-platform language/engine. Our MD managed the development
of these products and the proprietary animation/runtime
engine on top of which they are built. This engine was
used for numerous other commercial titles. |
