software.
We have tough criteria for the sort of people we employ
and partner with. We want excellent people who get things
done. We want realistic perfectionists. We value friendliness,
integrity and drive. We like people who can cope well
ambiguity. When you ask us a question we will try to answer
fully in simple terms. We want people who can lay out
options and point out the pitfalls of each without jargon.
And so we aim to work with the top five percent in our

the world - as well as working with local people, we work
