Technology   It's true, we do like buzzwords after all!

C# and Microsoft .Net   This is a great development environment. It takes all the lessons of Java and Delphi and combines them into something new.
PHP   Currently our favourite way of building web applications. It's free, it's fast and it's technically much stronger than the offering from Microsoft. We've used PHP in most of our web applications.
ASP and VBScript   Unfortunately, not every server supports PHP. Using VBScript through Microsoft's ASP mechanism is usually the next best solution. We've written small CMS using this.
GUI design   It's not really a technology, but we think that it's a critical skill to have when you build software. We spend a lot of time thinking about user interface. Something that we think that far too few software developers consider to be important.
Delphi   We like Borland Delphi. For a long time it was the best way of making shrinkwrap software for Windows. We've used it since version 1. We've built a lot of software using it.

Delphi components   Delphi has two levels - people who use components and people who write components. Writing components takes much more skill and component-based development is becoming more important as software developers strive to build bigger and better applications faster. Guess where we fit!
C++ Builder   Almost as good as Delphi. It's Delphi with a C++ language structure. We've played with it because it's closely related to Delphi.
  Webservers
Apache and Microsoft IIS
Most webservers are one of these two. If you work on web applications you'd better know about these.
  Perl   We occasionally dabble.
MySQL   Arguably the best free database. We've used it as the basis of many web applications.
MS SQLServer   It works well together with Visual Basic and VBScript. We use it as the basis of applications where MySQL isn't appropriate.
OS   We are agnostic about Operating Systems. We've developed for Windows 98, Windows NT, Linux, and MacOS. And on various mainframes!
Cross-platform   We have expertise in a number of platforms and can help with the issues that arise when you are targeting a range of platforms. We've developed software which was designed to run on more than one platform.
XML   A current fashion. We worked with XML before it was fashionable.

Z...   We can't think of anything to end the list with...
